Brett Hammond | Position: F | Height: 5-11 | Weight: 190
Hammond, 29 (11/8/80), enters his second season with the Mavericks after signing with the club on June 24. He has played five seasons of pro hockey for four different teams and three different leagues. The Roseville, Minnesota native led the Mavericks in goals scored (5) and power play goals (2) during the team's first ever trip to the playoffs in their inaugural season. In total, Hammond has 63 goals and 81 assists in 258 games played.
Prior to turning pro, Hammond played four seasons at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. He will reside in Independence this off-season.
